Larry has been a resident of Colorado since 1962 and after completing his military service in 1975, Larry went to work as an intern for a management consulting firm. The following four years provided a multitude of business experiences that ranged from nuclear power plants to feed lots. Decrying the amount of travel, in 1979 he became involved in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and in short order decided there was greater opportunity in owning real estate. Since 1982 Larry has either developed, syndicated, constructed, or managed a multitude of residential projects.

In 2008 Larry determined there was a need for a resolute, professional roofing company that would put the customer first, that started My Home Solution Colorado which was later rebranded to Superoofs. As a referral-only business, Superoofs has since become an award winning, 5-star branded commercial and residential service company. Inc. Magazine recently named Superoofs as one of America's 5000 fastest-growing private companies for 2025. Superoofs ranking came in at number 1,242 in all categories and number 70 in Construction Trades.

Building on this success, beginning in 2026, Superoofs will be branding a Commercial Only Division that will be based upon our Company tagline, "Built to Endure". Superoofs will continue as the Residential arm of the company, and BTE Roofing Systems will focus on Commercial roofing, repairs, maintenance, new construction, and restoration.
