After graduating from the College of Business at Colorado State University, Erin built a successful career in the competitive Denver real estate market, earning a reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and an unwavering commitment to her clients.

In 2020, Erin brought that same client-first mindset to the family roofing business, stepping in to strengthen operations and support the company’s continued growth.

Today, Erin oversees all administrative functions at BTE Roofing Systems and plays a key role in delivering an elevated customer experience, from initial communication to project completion. Erin ensures every project runs seamlessly and every client stays informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, proactive communication, and ability to keep teams aligned help BTE deliver what
matters most: reliability, professionalism, and results.

Outside of BTE, you might find Erin cheering on the Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena, riding bikes with her family, or working in her garden. She values relationships above all else and is always looking for an opportunity to host friends and family for a backyard barbecue or game night.
